Within the framework of the Human Resources Working Group of Azerbaijan Hotel Association, a meeting was held with the Baku Vocational Training Center.
The event, hosted at our valued member hotel JW Marriott Absheron Baku, was attended by the HR Working Group leader Ms. Sevinc Purvis, Chairman of AHA Mr. Eldar Alimuradov, AHA Board Member Mr. Nilesh Singh, as well as the Director of the Baku Vocational Training Center Mr. Vugar Khalilov and other official representatives.
The main purpose of the meeting was to explore strategic partnerships aimed at strengthening local human capital in the tourism and hospitality sector and contributing to increased employment in Azerbaijan. The participants committed to cooperating on the training and development of skilled local professionals, ensuring their effective integration into the labor market and supporting the sustainable advancement of these vital industries.
We hope to further expand our cooperation with the Baku Vocational Training Center through new projects in the near future.
